The "Endurance" Officially Launches

The Bermuda Zoological Society (BZS) officially launched Endurance, its new 45 foot education and conservation outreach vessel on September 23.  Endurance Specialty Insurance Ltd. was the lead contributor in sponsoring the BZS educational initiative.

The Endurance is designed as both a floating classroom and research vessel and will expand the number of educational programmes offered to the students of Bermuda and provide more opportunities for Bermudians of all ages to connect with the environment.
