Overview

The international Casualty Treaty business line provides reinsurance protection on a wide range of third party liability lines, including; motor, public and product liability, employers' liability and workers' compensation, professional liability and directors' and officers' liability.

Target Clients

Casualty Treaty works with ceding company reinsurance buyers and their brokers. Targeted clients will possess strong financials, sophisticated actuarial capabilities, the ability to monitor and react to shifts in pricing and coverage, experienced claims management skills, and substantial net retentions.

Product

Writing on both an excess of loss and a proportional basis, we aim to provide long-term mutually profitable solutions to clients in the international markets (excluding North America) and to promote a close working relationship among all involved parties.
